REPORT OF THE COMMISSION.

SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER.


xxxxx This Commission having, on April 23, 1915, made an order in this proceeding directing the establishment of a daylight through service each way between San Francisco and Yosemite, and it appearing that since said order was made the complainant, David A. Curry, has agreed with the defendant companies that his complaint in this proceeding will be entirely satisfied if he is given a through daylight service from San Francisco to Yosemite on Saturday of each week and a through daylight service from Yosemite to San Francisco on Sunday of each week, this service to become effective May 29, 1915, and to continue until September 15, 1915, and to be in effect during the same season of each year in the future unless otherwise ordered by this Commission, and complainant having asked that, in lieu of the order heretofore made on April 23, 1915, the Commission put into effect an order in accordance with the agreement herein outlined,

xxxxx It is hereby ordered that the defendant companies put into effect a through daylight service from San Francisco to Yosemite on Saturday of each week and a through daylight service from Yosemite to San Francisco on Sunday of each week, this service to become effective May 29, 1915, and to continue until September 15, 1915, and to be in effect during the same season of each year in the future unless otherwise ordered by this Commission;

xxxxx It is further, ordered that the defendant shall immediately file with the Commission, subject to its approval, a schedule of service in accordance with the above agreement; and

xxxxx It is further ordered that the order herein shall stand in lieu of the order heretofore made in this proceeding on April 15, 1915.
