ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR VACATION OF ORDER.
          On petitions for vacation of order and for the granting of oral argument by complainants, the Los Angeles Lumber Products Company in Case No. 1951, and Madera Sugar Pine Company and Sugar Pine Lumber Company in Case No. 1973, these proceedings were reopened for the presentation of oral argument on the question of vacation of order. This oral argument was held August 24, 1925, and October 15, 1,1925.

          Now, upon further consideration of decision No. .14732, April 1, 1925, and of the record in the above entitled proceedings and of the petitions of the interested parties presented by them in the oral argument on vacation of order;

          It is hereby ordered, that the said order of April 1, 1925, be and it is hereby amended by changing the rates as shown on page 30 of the typewritten copy and reading from San Pedro to Niland, from 29 cents to 27 cents; to Brawley from 33 cents to 29 cents; to El Centro from 33 cents to 29 cents; to Calexico from 33 cents to 29 cents, and to Colorado from 35 cents to 31 cents.

          It is hereby further ordered, that the effective date of Decision No. 14732, originally June 15, 1925, and which by fourth supplemental order issued October 21, 1925, was extended to December 31, 1925, is hereby further amended making the effective date of the decision and order December 15, 1925.

          It is hereby further ordered, that in all other respects the said order of April 1, 1925, in Decision No. 14732, remain in full force and effect.

          It is hereby further ordered, that the said petition for vacation of order be and they are hereby denied
