The petition and application of YOSEMITE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, having come on regularly this 3rd day of November, 1920, for hearing and determination, the Court hereby finds and adjudges that:

2. In accordance with the order heretofore made herein, dated . . Sept. . 3rd . . . , 1920, the Clerk of this court gave notice of said application for a period of thirty days, by publication in "The Mariposa Gazette", a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said County of Mariposa, State of California. Said thirty days notice with said publication thereof expired and was completed on the . . . 16th . . . day of October, 1920.

3. No objection to said application for dissolution has at any time been filed herein.
