Tamale Pie - My mother used to make what she called Tamale Pie. It is a simple recipe that doesn't take too much time or effort. Now I'm not sure if I love it cause of the memories or because its really great, but I include it for your enjoyment.

Mom's Baked Chicken- Mom also used to make what is the best baked chicken that I have ever had! It is a little more work than most baked chicken such as Shake N Bake, but it is 1000 times better! This one has a lot of wonderful memories attached too.
