Photographing food takes a keen eye for detail. Food often wants to "wilt" under the hot lights necessary to produce beautiful shots and often requires styling, positioning and a great deal of patience and meticulousness. It's also important to have the appropriate equipment and setup like a soft box, draping, lighting and other accoutrements.
